Don't use this cowboy outfit if you can help it! We ordered a card and flowers for mother's day, special courier delivery on mother's day and NOTHING arrived. Not even a call, an email, an apology of any sort. They left a message on their website saying they couldn't respond to emails for 48-72 hours because they were so busy! I wonder why? Tried calling but long waiting queues to their customer services helpline and gave up. My mother eventually got through after half an hour and they had the gall to blame the courier company! Who hired them then, the customers? The flowers arrived 2 days later and were DEAD! Still no apology. What a shabby outfit.. a disgrace!
