SuperFast SuperFit

I work at Superfit and we've worked really hard to improve speed of delivery and customer service. This order proves it all works!

Order not processed and no communication

Very disappointed that order placed on 27th February is marked as "not processed". I've received no order notifications or communications indicating what's going wrong.

I need the stuff for training this week, and feel badly let down by this failure to deliver.

Update: 7th March 2011. Received email today indicating that "order processing and will be delivered in 4-7 days". No apology, and no explanation.
