Don't bother buying from them. The quality of their watches is despicable. I have used it for few hours before it had stopped working. When I mailed about the problem and asked to replace the faulty watch, I never got a reply. Shame on you company!

Ordered a 55 inch TV from them, paid with paypal. Pixmania requested extra info i.e. ID and proof of address. That would take a long time to process. Never heard of such a policy, especially because I paid with paypal. The girl called Gloria in their customer service, was very rude. She said she does not care if I cancel my order, and I should do as it suits me. Awful eperience! Not a single item will be ordered from them in the future! Ordered from Dixons instead!

We try to provide the most efficient service to our customers at all times.
If your parcel is lost in transit we will open a transport inquiry with the courier company, this will take up to 10 working days. Once the inquiry is closed you will be given a choice of refund or reshipment if possible, provided that we have all the required documentation.
