I was with another company for years for my pet supplies but the delivery was continually letting me down. So I searched around for a new supplier. Pet Supermarket are cheaper than the other supplier and they have been consistently good with the delivery. I would definitely recommend.
I googled this company because I had not received my goods after a month and read about the subscription. I checked my invoice and saw that I too had signed up inadvertently. I have cancelled it online but of course 30 days have gone by now. I have emailed them about this but there is no way to contact anyone apart from automated responses. I am stunned that this can go on.
