I will add my complaint along with everyone else regarding delivery because my complaints to Curry's have fallen on deaf ears and I do not intend spending another penny calling them. I have spent over £2K on 2 new ovens to be replaced after a flood. I ordered on the condition that they were delivered the following Saturday. On the Friday, their delivery company rang me to say they were only delivering one as "they hadn't had the paperwork for the 2nd one" (they were on the same order!). I could not have one installed on it's own so had to shift the delivery date as we are now so close to Xmas. Now waiting at home on a Friday and hoping they arrive during their delivery slot. The cost for me to be at home is a day's work as I am a contractor. Have written several emails to 'Customer Services' regarding this and no response. They couldn't care less. I will never use them again due to them being unreliable AND the fact that you cannot get any response from Customer Service. If delivery does not arrive today, I will cancel order and order through another company in the New Year as it will be too late to get them in before Christmas now anyway.
You might be able to get goods a bit cheaper through Curry's but it's not worth the hassle and actually they don't deserve our custom until they learn to treat Customers with respect.

Just a few days ago found an Accept or Refuse button on a rental request. I ignored it and just replied to say that my apartment wasn't available. The client mailed me back to say that "I had taken her money and when was I going to refund it". I had no idea the Book Now button had been put on my site!! I then went online and hit the Refuse button to try and cancel this but she still hasn't got her money and seems to think that I have taken it! I have had to write long emails explaining that this had nothing to do with me at all and was terrified that she would write a bad review on my link as a result. She has now hopefully accepted this as a fault with Flipkey after I sent her all the links from people complaining but she is still very concerned about the fact that they are still holding her money! It's an outrage and I am still trying to get a response from them. I have requested that they write to her and cc me with an apology and refund her money immediately! I had to mail her via Flipkey to ask her for her email address as it was removed as soon as I hit the Refuse button. I was concerned they would block my emails to her. I don't use my calendar as I have my own site where I keep my bookings up to date there on another calendar so the client assumed I was available. But worse than that, she booked at just a fraction of my rental price.... unbelievable. My ad expires in January. I will be cancelling it, despite enjoying 4 years with TripAdvisor and being one of the first to trial the Holiday Rentals section. This is criminal!
I was with another company for years for my pet supplies but the delivery was continually letting me down. So I searched around for a new supplier. Pet Supermarket are cheaper than the other supplier and they have been consistently good with the delivery. I would definitely recommend.
I googled this company because I had not received my goods after a month and read about the subscription. I checked my invoice and saw that I too had signed up inadvertently. I have cancelled it online but of course 30 days have gone by now. I have emailed them about this but there is no way to contact anyone apart from automated responses. I am stunned that this can go on.
