very strange !

Same saga as others - ordered a small knife £9.95 Oct'11 cost taken from card 4 days later
Did not arrive so chased by emails - no response, by telephone - no reply & by recorded delivery letters - surprise, surprise - no response
Approached Consumer Direct & followed their recommendations, more rec/del letters etc - still nothing !
Reported to Tradind Standards Lambeth who contacted the Company direct & still nothing
T/S Lambeth gave new address in Southampton so wrote to Company there & still kept phoning
Reported to T/S Southampton who contacted me saying they cannot chase an indididual case, however they had been in touch with the Company & a refund had been made !!!!!!!!!
Sure enough in Feb'12 money returned to a/c
I have spent more on rec/del letters etc than the cost of the knife but at least I got my refund
I don't think this is 'fraud' just absolute inefficiency & complete lack of any customer care - but it ain't worth the hassle
