Absolutely useless

This company is absolutely useless run by a load of cowboys why people don't use Royal mail more often is beyond me and out of all the alternatives this lot of morons are the worst even worse than Yodel would you believe and they are rude with it,if I could give them half a star I would,had I known my amazon order was coming through them I'd have paid extra for Royal mail,but at least I know next time,ovoid this company at all costs.

Poor customer service

I bought a camera from these people that was faulty from new and instead of them offering me a refund they told me to sort it out with the manufacture,canon repaired the fault,but kept my camera for 4 months,then 9 months later it went wrong again so I sent it back,Canon then said it was the pixel stores responsibility and the store blamed Canon,so if I want my camera back I have to pay as much as a new camera to get it repaired and the pixel store can't be bothered to speak to canon on my behalf or offer me a refund,so I won't be buying anything again from them.

Thankyou for your comment - however the events leading to the comment is not quite accurate.

The camera was purchased on 26/9/2010, and was sold with a one year warranty. We were informed of the product becoming faulty after approx 6 months, but the customer informed us that he had already sent the camera off to Canon, and that he was happy to keep the item providing it was repaired.

We received no further communitcations until 26/9/11 when we were informed by email that the camera was faulty again, and it was already at Canon (UK) for repair. However, as the product was out of warranty by 8 months, Canon were charging for the repair.

We were asked by the customer if we were able to help. We contacted Canon on behalf of the customer, however Canon were unable to discuss the case with us (the retailer) due to data protection.

We contacted the customer asking him on how he would like us to proceed further, no reply was made (apart from the above comment).

We are happy to try and resolve the issue with the customer should he wish to proceed with his claim.
