Ordered chest of drawers. Delivery arrived on time however the box was damaged. The delivery guy just said I wouldn't accept that. Opened up and all damaged inside, Phoned world store what a nightmare trying to get through. Next day new one arrived guess what worse than the first one. Tried for over two hours to get through to world store, eventually got connected to be told I was in a queue for 45 minutes. What an absolute disgrace. I'm now waiting on a refund so I can go elsewhere for a better service. What a shocking service!!!
