Made an order a few weeks ago and it had been 5 working days and still no dispatch. I contacted MyProtein Customer Service to let them know that I wanted to cancel the order because they ahd taken so long to dispatch and I would now not be present to recieve the order. They ignored my Customer Service request, so I sent another request 48 hours later and still no response. Up until now I have no response to my Customer Service request.
A decent business is made by a decent Customer Service team.
