excellent but not without problem
The kit is great with one flaw didn't have the holes or enough space without fiddling to fit pipework. A few delivery issues but they were dealt with speedily and courteously. Would definitely use again, will be next month but get the complete order before the plumber starts.

Five Stars Not Enough
The service received from this company has been absolutely fantastic. I can't praise them enough. The delivery is fast, goods arriving in advance of expected delivery dates. The boots were a gift and ordered in the wrong size, replacement boots arrived 24 hours later, despite it being between Christmas and New Year. I tell all my friends about Nature Shop and the polite, helpful efficient service I have received from them.
