Delivered on time, but not what I ordered

They delivered on time, so that's fair enough. And whoever arranged it had probably seen a picture of the bouquet, albeit maybe a long time ago. But the flowers were older than they should have been, the colours were wrong (some were deep orange instead of bright sunshine yellow, which made the whole thing look messy) and instead of many bright blue and yellow blooms, there were dozens of green blooms, the ones that had shown as only one or two here and there amongst the other flowers.

A disappointment overall.
