easy to use and order with
the web site was easy to use, the booking process was painless. not yet had tyres fitted, so cann ot comment on quality of service at installation site. when national have their 2 fr one offers, tey are hard to beat, and i take my time surfing the web for best deals and good tyre reviews.

great service, great price, improve delivery
i will definately use again. my only problem was the divan base was recieved with a 2 inch snag/tear on the corner, hence my earlier comment. The product should be better packaged for dispatch. The all day delivery is not suitable for some people, providing a time window would be better, when the product is delivered, it is left just inside the front door, the could be a problem for some customers who do not have the strength to move the product to the desired room
