I have joined the long list of people ripped off by the Online shopping company. Ordered a clock in September 2011. regular emails telling me to expect delivery in a couple of weeks, then a week, then tomorrow. the "tomorrow" went on for a month. I complained and told them if they can't promise delivery within a week then i cancel the order and want a refund. immediately I got an email saying the order has been cancelled and a refund will be with me within 10 days. 5 months and several emails and letters later I am still without goods and refund. How do you stop companies like this trading?
