Misleading pricing
They show low prices but then when you add it all up at the end it comes to 5 times what you thought was a good deal. Calendar which I thought was about £5.00 eventually came out as £32.00 - not a good deal but by then my daughter had put loads of work into the design and I could not say no as she is only 11 and was so proud of it.

excellent prompt easy to use service
The website gives you all the details of your phone, they give you a price, you print off a prepaid address label, send it in the post and the money or Argos vouchers were forwarded in a couple of days. I would normally have thrown the phone in the bin but I made £66.00 which paid for a new Kindle.
