20 days past and still waiting

I have purchased two naked palettes from beautybay and live in Germany. On their site they say european delivery take about 3-5 days. Actually I am very patient, but now it has been over 20 days and I am still waiting. There is no tracking number, which I don't understand why. Nowadays EVERY package has a tracking number. I don't trust what they say, at least in my local Post Office they say that it cannot be.

So what I think is that beautybay is taking too many orders and lead us to believe they have dispatched it on the same day of order, when they have not even processed our order!!!!!

Now I have to fill out and scan a loss form and then probably wait another 20 days.

Absolutely horrible.
