they can be great, when they get the right courier pick ups

I use myhermes alot for sending out Ebay items, the last few weeks have been a nightmare, parcels due to be picked up on the Monday after paying on the Friday are still here waiting on the Wednesday.
When I have phoned them on their 0871 number all you get is they will be with you asap.

The problem was that the usual lady that picks ups is off on holiday (never had a problem with her, she is great, we have a hidey place and she just collects if I am out)
It has ended up that after four calls to them (on there expensive number, 1 hr and 13 minutes in total) I have been refunded and have sent by royal mail.
This has happened twice in the last two weeks.
