Not sure they deserve any stars

My flowers for Mothers Day arrived half dead on Saturday.
By Sunday only one Lily was alive. Everything else was hanging wilted over the edge of the vase. All in the bin by Monday.
Sent to me by my daughter who lives on a very tight student budget - these probably represent a weeks food and I can't bear to tell her how awful they were!
Also can't find a telephone number or e-mail address that works to complain to.
