This is one of the worst experiences as a customer I have had, the item was faulty and needed returning, they then dragged out communication by answering 1 maybe 2 emails per day and when they finally asked me when I would like the item to be collected the driver did not turn up (I had waited in all day) however turned up the following day despite the fact I had told them several times that I would not be in on that day.
It gets worse!
After the item had 'finally' been collected Kikatek claimed that the item had scratches on the hard drive which I know for a fact was a blatant lie as I had only had the item out briefly to connect to my computer and then put it back in the box again and never caught sight of such scratches otherwise I would have returned the hard drive before I had even connected it, using this fabrication they only gave me a partial refund (I guess leaving them Negative feedback 'Before' I had received my refund was a mistake in hindsight).
I should also add that Kikatek is currently selling through Amazon and you will not get much help from them as they did not even have there phone number on record as they don't have one!
A Horrible experience and I am out £30 due to the fact they are a shady company.
