zero stars , extremely poor service

Mothers day flowers delivered a day late, no response from customer services.will not be using interflora again. chosen on reputation,,,but wont make the same mistake again. have not even been offered a refund.
VERY POOR SHOW INTERFLORA !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
