cancelled an order at Dreams Kingston Upon Thames on 1 Jan 2012. Chased their customer service with 3 calls plus 4 times online messages. Each call waited 20~40 mins on hold before spoke to someone. finally got most refund after 3 weeks hassle at the end of Jan but still less £39.
Contacted them again why there was 39 less and told to return a green bag to the shop for old mattress collection.
it wasn't explained in any of previous communications with Dreams. Handed in the bag to the store on Feb 11 and was told the rest of 39 will be credited in 5~7 work days then nothing happened in two weeks. Contacted their customer service twice afterward without hearing anything back -- those idiots completely ignored my message.
At the end I filed a dispute to my credit card company on 10 March and eventually get the rest 39 credited to my card yesterday (20 March). I've been using credit card for nearly 20 years on almost everything and this was the first time ever i filed a dispute to some bastard!
