Almost impossible to actually raise an issue when something goes wrong with a purchase - I'm sure there are ways to contact them but they make it SO difficult. So many minor annoyances when using iTunes but the major one is feeling completely isolated with nowhere to turn when something wont download. Also worth mentioning the constant annoyance of having to update my billing details EVERY TIME I buy something! Yes, I purchased from another device! - isn't it obvious by now I have an iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch that I buy from?
