Changing of linked account is the only tedious procedure

On the whole dealing with BullionVault was a positive experience. The only issue I had was with respect to changing my linked account. Around 2009, my linked account was closed because of theft. However I forgot to update BullionVault on this. By the time I realized this I was no longer in the country of my linked account. The process to change the linked account became very Tedious as to be almost impossible. However in the end after a long time, I received some very good customer service and was able to change my linked account.
