Rude Call Centre Staff and Cancelled Orders. PC World Business definitely not open for business !

I ordered a laptop for a friend who was emigrating and paid extra for next day delivery. The next day I checked online and the order had not been dispatched so I called and asked about the order. I spoke to someone called Theresa and she told me someone would call to ask security questions before dispatching the order. Some rude woman did call and talked to me as if she really couldn't give a sh*t and then told me they would 'review my order'. I asked what this meant and she said that she only dealt with the financial bit and I should talk to someone in customer services. So I called again and got through to Natalie and after I told her my order number (70087204) she said she had spoken to me earlier this morning (I think they just make these names up) and that the order should be processed. Anyway, I get home after work and login to PC World Business and find the order has been cancelled ! Unbelievable ! Now my friend is left with no laptop as it is too late to order from anywhere else and get it tomorrow !

Avoid these clowns and take your business elsewhere as PC World Business obviously do not need it.

Big empty promises - took money, no products, no refund, no free gifts !

I ordered 3 products on 11 Oct 2012 and received an email confirming my order straight away. Then I heard nothing at all for the next 12 days. I logged into their website and looked at my orders and it only stated that they had been dispatched - no dispatch date was available or any kind of tracking number (as one might expect from a reputable company).

I tried to find an easy way to contact them but in the end emailed them on 23 Oct 2012 and there was NO RESPONSE. I emailed again on 24 Oct 2012 and there has still been no response.

I will wait till tomorrow (25 Oct 2012) and if there is no response, I will request the credit card company to chase up.

Avoid these cowboys at all costs. Quick to take your money and run....

Here is an update... 3 November 2012...

Eventually got my products about 7 weeks after ordering but not the free gift... apparently it is out of stock (not sure t was ever in stock) and I will not get it ... see my facebook message for an account of the whole sorry affair...

The Company Warehouse

Lieing Misleading Website & Company

I used the company warehouse to register a company and for registered offices with mail forwarding. I was told on the phone that it was unlimited forwarding to UK addresses. After a few months, I received less and less mail and when i called they said they only forward official mail ! The buy on the phone was very agressive and impolite !

I moved my registered office address away from them and emailed to cancel the subscription. 4 months later i received an email stating that they would be taking payment. I emailed AGAIN informaing that they hadn't been providing this service for months so they should not take payment.

This morning i received an email stating that payment had been made (for services they do not provide anymore). I called and no-one in accounts ever seems to answer the phone so I selected a different option and the guy stated that i needed to raise a ticket on their system for accounts.

Waiting to see what happens before I take this any further.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE www.thecompanywarehouse.co.uk AT ALL COSTS...

NO customer service, no anwering of emails, no response from accounts,

Late delivery, incorrect tracking info, useless customer service

Ordered an iPad 3 from Currys and was tracking it online. On the delivery date, the tracking info at around 10am said parcel returned to depot. I called Yodel who said that it had gone with a home delivery driver and that they would get it out again the same day delivery with some other driver. I left my mobile so they could call if they got lost and I waited all day but it didnt arrive. I called Yodel this morning and was told that it was at the depot and that i had to arrange another delivery. I asked how i was supposed to know this as they never left a card. So now my parcel is sitting in a yodel depot somewhere and i cannot pick it up and they cannot deliver today. Apparently they will try to deliver again tomorrow. Not holding breath. What a waste of time. Stay away from these people. Customer service and tracking infomarion is useless as they make it up as they go along.
