Flowers battered and frozen, no response to email, no refund or replacement

I have previously used eFlorist on a number of occasions and the feedback I've had from recipients has been reasonable and cost has always been competitive.
However, this time I got an apologetic phone call from my mother. HER apologising to ME when it should have been the other way around!
The flowers delivered to her were battered and she said that they must have been frozen overnight as they were dead and wilting - she thought that I should ask for my money back and apologised again.
I emailed eFlorist expecting a prompt response offering either a replacement or refund. Their auto-email said they would respond within 72 hours (which is ludicrously long in any case).
So having waited 3 days... no response. Nothing.
Poor customer service and poor operation. I'll have to look for another florist for my future requirements.


Great company let down by the distributors they use

A company is only as strong as its weakest link. Amazon are fantastic. Great customer service and returns policy, great products and generally free postage.
Sadly they use Yodel for some delivery and most collection of returns. Clearly because they only have to pay them in peanuts as Yodel all appear to have the brains of lower primates. Such a shame. Please, Amazon, jettison this bunch of idiots. They will eventually drag you down to their level.


Are these people stupid?

Dreadful. Left clear instructions that parcel would be through side gate to be collected. Parcel still there and card through door. No reference number left on card so both phone and internet automated systems can't help me. Frustrated beyond belief at these utter incompetent idiots and their systems. I can only imagine Amazon use them because they can pay them in peanuts since they are clearly gibbons.

Luxury microfibre? Just wait a year

Bought a couple of luxury microfibre duvets over a year ago. Yes, lovely to start with but after a year both are lumpy with some areas having no filling at all left. Unusable now.

I found the 'review' link from my purchase email a year later and reviewed the microfibre duvet as they had requested. Funny how a truthful bad review isn't posted on their website isn't it. I wouldn't now use them again as they appear to be rather selective with the truth. And I certainly wouldnt recommend their microfibre duvets!
