I have two insurances with the company, My Samsung Galaxy S2, IPad2. And had no problems.
Customer Service via email are reasonably good. Sometimes very quick, Sometimes no reply at all.
I have recently got a new camera which i havent insured yet. Im between insurers, protect your bubble and another. Not sure if i can insure Lens's aswell as my camera? And do they clean the lenses if dirt or anything has got inside?

At first, I thought jessops were okay. not bad little company. So i decided to buy a canon eos 600d and a lens both came to £816. And i ordered before 5pm for next day delivery. Did i get a delivery? Nope. I waited. Called up on the 2nd day. After being on hold for 14 minutes. They hanged up the phone. The website is never updated so you cannot see your dispatches. And the prices are ridiculous.
Add insurance for £140 when i just spent £816 in there company? Nah im okay. Thanks though.... Would never ever buy from this rip of merchants again. now waiting for my delivery for a 3rd GOD damn day.
