Very unreliable and do not trust them. Please find my email to their MD. He spoke to me to apologize but I do not want anyone to face the same situation as I did. If you are counting on them as I did and pressed with time, do not ever trust rely on them. I was so badly counting on them to fix so my wife could take the car next day but it never happened. Luckily another provider attended it within an hour of calling and did the job and I was saved.

First of all let me express my utmost disappointment with your service. As I spoke with your staff yesterday I was expecting your engineers to do the job replacing my tyre today latest. Unfortunately your engineers turned out and said they can not change my tyre as it is on road side. I have ample drive way space and he is not willing to move the car either as he is not insured. now as a professional company as you are, I expect you to prepare yourself for all eventualities. In your line of business where you are providing mobile tyre replacement service, you should understand people expect you to be prepared to do the job and well deliver the service you promise. We as a customers come to you expecting for you to do the job on time as we rely on your company for the service you advertise. You miserably failed to deliver and I am very disappointed with your service. This is your catch phrase

Also below mail your staff sent did not mention anything of the nature to say you would not fit on road side. You mentioned few points pre determining but fail to mention anything in line of health and safety reasons you staff put forward to me. This mail served as information to prepare from my end and I did make sure you are informed well of my situation by calling you so you would do your job on time. I spoke to the phone number given below and made aware I am not at home and it would be only my mother who will be and she would not be able to speak English.
Your mail does not even utter a single word saying you would not do the job roadside or in that line anything for me to prepare for it. If it would have said, then I would have moved my car to my drive way before I left to work or stayed back at home.
I would say again it is such a let down after all we are very much relying on services such as yours. You have to honor your advertisement and key phrases and in the case if any exception you should make customers aware before hand you sell the product to us. also if I am you I would do everything possible so my customer is looked after and service is delivered on time.
I like to bring to your notice one of your competitors http://www.hometyre.co.uk/ attended the same service immediately sooner after in an hours time after making the call with very short notice. They charged me only after they completed the whole job. They were efficient, extremely friendly, polite with good customer service and this point of time my car is fixed with report given for me for future improvements. It is the kind of service I would expect from business of your nature and they are exceptionally good compare to experience I had with you. Ask yourself why would someone come to you if you can not do the job as you advertise?
Having spoken to your staff they are not even sorry or willing to help me out rather they were demanding giving me choices. Is it how you do your business and serve your valued customers? Even now you sent me an email saying I would get my money only after 3 days. Why should I wait for failed service?
