I have spent over £1500 with this company. Furniture was broken and other items flawed. I cancelled 2 items and they have not refunded me after 30 emails! The broken furniture has not been collected - you have to photograph it and wrap heavy furniture otherwise they will not take it - why? I wrote to the chief executive, he did not reply. They promise to refund you- and don't. They promise to collect broken items - and don't. This company is a disgrace. The website only works well when you are buying something. They do not have a complaints procedure or a telephone number. I have reported them to consumer protection organisation. Do not buy from this company.
