Terrible customer service, they don't care about their customers. This guy Jim is arrogant and aggressive.
I bought a watch that says new and when I open the box the manual is all damaged and everything has dust on it. I file a claim and they offer me 10 refund. After a week when I ask about the refund this guy Jim starts accussing me of trying to gain profit from this.
This guys sucks!!! Don't buy from them!!!
I think it's a great pass, but it would be best if they give you more advices on how to take more advantage of it. For example, both Top of the Rock and NBC tour can print tickets for days after the pass is over as long as they pass the card on a valid day. So you could just pass by a few of those and get activities on days your passess has already experied. If you don't do that you could end up not saving any money at all. You are not going to loose money though.
