phantom parcel

my parcel did not arrive even though Yodel had delivered it when I was in.
Amazon replaced parcel and with postage upgrade I received replacement within 37hrs off my missing report
nearly three weeks later my original parcel arrived again(even though I already had it)
contacted Amazon and they arranged for it to be picked up free of charge the next day.(Honesty pays yo know)

I was amazed after reading all the reviews that my parcel did not arrive. Same old story, package tracking, with courrier for delivery.
Tried human phone line several times, they must have a soar throat, sounded like a machine until I was cut off. Tried Email again. Hey Presto! Tracking changed a few hours after to say package was delivered over a week earlier at a time that I was definately in. I wonder who got it. Now I have to try to get my money from the supplier of the goods.

Guess what. This morning comes a knock at the door and a nice lady gives me this package. You've got it, it's my package that they gave me nearly three weeks earlier. Their tracking still comfirms this.
Being a proper bloke, I have contacted <External link removed> and they have arranged for the package to be collected by another carrier tomorrow.
How much time an money must this cost companies arranging re-orders at upgraded postage to keep their reputations. I'm sorry, but being a realist, I think these costs must work they're way back to the customer. I know I would.

34" classic oak trough planter

Nice sturdy planter plus liner and good value for money. I must admit that I was caught out by the service I received though. The full tracking service was accurate and the next day delivery was great. But I expected it to be three to five days as with other suppliers and had no plants to put in it. Joking apart, for an item of this type, order to delivery time was ecxceptional. I would not hesitate to make future purchases or recommend these people. Thanks again. Have an extra star on me.
