ordered a Seagate cinema 3Tb drive because it was £15 cheaper than everywhere else. received emails saying it has been viewed, processed and that was it. no dispatch email received. After waiting 7 days i try to email them, still no response. so I try phoning them and it says "this mobile isn't available right now".
