I needed a specific make of hinge for a customers wardrobe to replace one which was broken. I was pleased to find a supplier who had a good range and could supply what I wanted. the website was easy to navigate and the ordering process straightforward. The only negative I have is that the carriage cost was higher than the item cost. There was no high urgency for this order, it could have been put in a jiffy bag in the post at significantly lower cost.
I ordered shower panels off the IPSL web-site but when they were delivered they were not what I was expecting. I thought they were going to be a plastic coated plywood but they were just thick plastic sheets. This might be my fault for not looking closely enough at the specification on the web-site, but they certainly weren't suitable for the job.
I contacted IPSL immediately after the delivery and they agreed to arrange collection and a refund.
The goods were collected a few days later and the credit took a further few days to arrive.
Not the best experience but IPSL were efficient in resolving the problem.
A friend of mine sent me a link to the product I needed. I clicked on it as I trusted my friend. I was then able to order and pay for what I needed. The item was delivered on time. There were no problems at any time in the transaction. Why can't all on-line shopping be like this?
