Absolute rubbish

I ordered via Groupon 2 Giant bean bags in November 2011 but they did not materialise so I cancelled about a month ago.
Groupon refunded my purchase price but I have found it impossible to get my P&P refunded from Infurn.
If there was a facility to award minus stars I would.
I will never deal with this company again, and recommend others do likewise.
