I bought a product that was the wrong size. The returns page has no part to explain you would like the product returned but a new one sent back in different size. The returns process is long and drawn out. After posting back myself it took two weeks for you to refund my money. Far too long. Once the product is received at your office a simple scan of barcode sticker and product check should be all that's needed. I shall not be using boohoo again
Very helpful staff, even allowed us to heat milk for our baby. Only one gripe really, they listed a few things on the car description that were not on the car. For example they said it had front and rear parking sensors when it only had rear, and which initially did not work. Moral of the story is always check things before you drive away, don't be rushed like we were. Although they were busy. All in all a typical ford experience. Not disappointed but not overly happy either.
