Very Useful
I use a WD Media Box and this site helps find the movie info, backdrop photos and synopsis. Great stuff.

I'm not dumb but I find it very difficult to use
It seems to have been designed to make all the decisions for you. As such I don't feel in control when adding/deleting or configuring my devices. The worst aspect is when moving to a new machine and the dreaded message about your device is going to be deleted because registered with more than one library. Obviously a tactic to prevent flexibility and what they consider illegal copying but it could result in a major disaster to your own equipment which is just not on.
I don't know anybody who does not want a simple way to arrange and run their data. If you could access the directories/folders all would be great.

Good kit - indifferent service
This is the second system I have bought from Mesh. They make good PCs. Delivery has been late on both occassions. My latest purchase arrived with a damaged case and incomplete build with Bluetooth not configured correctly. Despite mails informing them of this they have not responded so assume they don't care....

Choice, price and quick delivery
Very happy with my order. The web site provided good descriptions and ordering was easy. Saved a lot of money on one item. Comms were good on advising delivery times and status. Will definitely use again.

Website easy to order from. Prices are pretty standard across the competition. What really impressed was the quick confirmation of order and really fast delivery. After terrible experiences with delays and cancellations from a main competitor I was so happy with this quality of service. Will definitely be a repeat customer.
