Ordered a bag for my daughters birthday, went all the way to my nearest store to collect (which is quite a distance) and when I got it home the catch on the keyring was broken. I returned this and requested a replacement to be sent. After waiting several weeks and trying to phone and email, which they never reply to or answer to, another bag was sent to my local store. Even though I had requested it to be sent to my home address to save another trip! In the end sent this bag back as after waiting weeks after her birthday she decided she didn't like it. Then waited another several weeks, no contact from them no emails until I noticed they had credited my bank with a refund. I don't usually leave reviews as I don't have the time, but felt I had to let other customers know about my experience of this firm. Customer services is a shambles, beware if you buy online!
