I switched because of the promise of free smart meters and reduced price energy. But, they did not fit a smart meter, and did not even try to get in touch about installing a meter. Plus, their reduced price energy costs are actually a sham - when you take into account the fact that they charge a Standing Charge it actually costs more than my previous supplier!
Add to this the fact that they never answer emails and that it is nearly impossible to get through on the phone, this company is, quite simply, appalling.
I am currently in the process of switching back to BG. Even though BG aren't perfect, they do at least respond to complaints.
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID this complany!!!
