Pet Prescription

Good service, was kept uptodate

Post was rather slow and box was crushed when it arrived, although I was kept up to date with order process with emails.

Hi Kate

Thank you for taking the time to review our company. I've had a look into your order to see why it took awhile to get to you. We received your order and prescription on 9th January with a cheque for payment. Unfortunately, we have to allow 5 working days for cheques to clear through the bank, so your order was then dispatched on 15th January, arriving with you either on the 16th or 17th January. If you were able to use a debit or credit card to pay online or over the telephone then the order can be dispatched the same day we receive the prescription. We continue to receive cheque orders for those of our customers who would rather use this method, but it does really slow things down!

I was sorry to hear that the box had been crushed. Although we use padded envelopes, sometimes this does happen in transit. If any of the product is damaged, we are happy to replace it for you.

Hip Furniture

amazing customer service

We wanted to order three pieces of furniture and I phoned for advice on whether they matched etc - customer service was brilliant and so attentive. A few phones calls from them and I was more than happy to proceed with the order which was delivery very prompty and now we are so pleased with our new look lounge.
