Excellent service

I ordered an auto top up unit online and it was delivered the next day as promised. Unfortunately one of the pieces was broken in transit (not the fault of Charterhouse) and when I spoke to them on the phone they sent out a replacement piece the next day with no fuss at all. Highly recommended and I shall certainly use again.
