Extremely efficient!
I ordered an Ovation guitar case from GAK on Monday afternoon and it arrived on Tuesday morning (and I live in a fairly remote place!) It was very well packaged, and GAK kept me updated on my purcahse from ordering, to dispatch, to delivery. I am extremely impressed and would definitely buy my music supplies from GAK from now on.

To be honest, I am surprised to read all these bad reviews. I ordered a pair of shoes and a pair of earrings from Brand Alley just one week ago and they've already arrived. Maybe I'm one of the lucky customers...??? My only complaint is that the shoe box was a bit damaged but the shoes themselves were in perfect condition.
