Fast and efficient delivery, orders often arrive before expected date of delievery! I brought a Kindle and it ended up having to be sent back. When I phoned Amazon the advisers were really helpful and sorted the problem straight away. I even got a new kindle sent and received it 3 days after the phone call. I've brought a number of different items from Amazon and have always received brilliant service.

As others have said... one star is too high a rating! I ordered an arrangement two weeks before Mother's Day, but was unable to get delievery for Mother's Day. I wasn't even able to get delievery for the day before. The flowers also looked as if they were past their sell by date and were dead within two days. My mum was very disappointed with this arrangement.
