Their furniture looks nice but you'll be lucky if you ever receive it. As long as they keep using HDNL/ Yodel, and not responding adequately to concerns when things go wrong, I advise STAYING AWAY. I've never felt compelled to write a review before and most of my stuff online but am so frustrated by the lack of service, care and respect I've received from Made.com and Yodel that I feel compelled to warn people away. My armchair has been in the back of a Yodel van for 5 WEEKS so far, but no one seems very concerned about that. I dread to think what will happen (or most likely won't happen) when my sofa is 'ready'. Meanwhile, I'm sitting on the floor. Maybe, if people stop buying from them, they'll actually feel compelled to improve their servie, then I'd love to be able to buy more furniture from them.
