My wife purchsed via credit card an item costing £105 --which like everyone on this site says --wasn't delivered.
Dispite e mails and trying to call no results
I phoned up credit card dispute team who claimed thye have had so many complaints re this company--so why do they let the purchase go thorough instead of contacting us !!
We did receive the same e mail as everyone else from sospecial promising that although they were closing down they would send order or give refund --neither has happend
Thank goodness I have just received a credit to my account by the credit card people
The sospecial web site stil exists and no doubt hey are stil taking orders--and ripping people off
How slow are police and trading standards who let this theft continue
