Appalling Customer Service

Your website allowed me to place an order for goods that were out of stock. You emailed to say they were out of stock after you had taken payment. You then emailed the same email that indicated that the order had been placed, then following a telephone call made by me I found out the the goods would not be available for at least another week. I will not be using your website again and will not reccomend to my friends and family. I made a successful purchase with next day delivery from Amazon - I should have gone there first!
