We've had 2 reasons to complain to this lot within the last 6 months or so:
1) We paid an extra £10 for next working day delivery of a toner cartridge. Just after we had ordered, someone from the company called us to make sure we understood it was next working day and not 'next day' (which we did). However, the order then didn't actually arrive for 3 working days anyway! No refund given of our £10, only some strange email offering us a small discount next time we ordered.
2) For some reason, we gave them another chance. This time they sent us the wrong toner cartridges and then refused to refund the money. After having to send them photographs of the toners to prove they didn't fit, and also then another photograph of our printer itself to clarify what it was called, it turns out that although quite clearly labelled as an HP Laserjet P3015, according to the PrinterInks website it's actually called an HP Laserjet Enterprise P3015, and subsequently I had ordered the wrong toner. While the above is both irritating and inconvenient, I can understand sort of how it happened, and on its own it wouldn't be enough to move me to comment. However, the mind-bogglingly rude and downright unhelpful attitude of the Customer Service team almost left me speechless! The Customer Service person I spoke with was so bad I honestly began to wonder if I was taking part in some kind of "You've Been Framed" sketch without my knowledge. Nor would she put me through to the Manager, though apparently he is going to call me back in an hour...
I still don't know if I can return the toners and get my money back.
In short, a useless, hostile bunch of crooks!
