A joke of a company!

I have never written a review before and i guess this is a cry for help. This company are awful. It must be private equity owned. They take your money immediately, keep it for ages, deliver late and don't pick up when the item is not to standard. The website has no numbers to call, no human contact, i am convinced the business is run (badly) by some sort of computer programme. Terrible, offensively poor customer service. I currently sit here again having taken a day off work waiting for my substandard late product to be picked up for which i will pay them £90 for the return. Total joke. I am considering suing them. I beg you all not so use this company again.
