Can't fault them

Ring was perfect, and was excellent quality. Much cheaper than the same item from the high street. Staff were professional, helpful and had the personal touch.
I had one slight problem as the ring box was slightly marked....but this was resolved immediately and without any fuss. My call was returned within 5 minutes of my email and a new box sent out by special delivery the same day.
Overall I can't fault them. Would definatly recommend, and would use them again.
