The prices, both of products and shipping costs, are very clear on the site as is the time it takes for the order to arrive. I placed my order last Friday the 16th and it arrive today, 23th of March. Every single item was delivered as requested, and was specifically itemized on the invoice, allowing for a very fast check-up. Also, I placed this order after receiving an email informing of the restock of the bits I wanted, which is a great way to keep informed without having to
