Booked and paid for an oil change online, had 2 confirmation emails with date/time, but when I turned up at the garage I was told they didn't have my oil filter in stock, oh, and they don't do oil changes on a Saturday! I caused a fuss over it, and to be fair, the manager did his best to help, he got a filter within an hour and did the change for me, but it's left me annoyed with the whole experience. The garage are telling me not to trust anything I book on the website, but it's the SAME COMPANY! Why wouldn't I think my booking is ok? Probably best to avoid National Tyres and stick with a more reputable company.
Phoned on a Tuesday, spoke to a friendly knowledgeable chap, ordered part and it was delivered at 8am the next day! Now that's service! Can highly recommend. The next time I need a part they will be the first port of call. Prices were great too!
Chemist Direct had the best prices, and once ordered, the items arrived 2 days later! Brilliant!
