I wanted a camera Lens from this website, I placed an order. The website specifically said that the order will be shipped within 2 business days. After the 3 business day there was still no where about of my order status. So, I called customer care, but the line seems to be offline as in not working (btw i tried the no. couple of times at different times).
Anyways, I e-mailed them, specifically mentioning that since you have not shipped my order within the 2 business days, I would like to cancel the order. They reply in 24 hours that they will cancel the order, another business day later they come back to me saying, please reconsider, we'll give you free gift, I don't get it, i asked you to cancel my order, so I e-mailed again, telling them specifically that "no" i don't want any gifts please cancel my order and return my funds asap, 2 business days later I get a message from the Cust. care, your order has been shipped, excuse me? I had canceled the order 5 business days ago and now you are forcing me to accept it.
Well, I'll make sure I'll never buy from this website again in my life, and I would NOT recommend it to whomever I come across. Your experience may be better, but my experience was my concern was ignored and responded unprofessionally.
