Long wait time, wrong product picked

I ordered a BlackBerry battery and it took several days , about 6-7 in total to get here, and once it did, it was a HTC battery, rang up and the man on the phone was appologetic and sent out a new one and made sure it was the right one by picking it himself, even after it had been supposidly shipped, still took another 6-7 days to recieve the product.
