5 times now my recently ordered package has been 'out for delivery' only to not arrive. After trying about 10 times I finally got through to customer services, insisted they took my mobile number so the delivery driver could call (I'm sure they had it all along anyway) for directions even though I live on a main road and no other courier company as ever had trouble. Now another company is using interlink express to send me a different parcel and the same problem is occurring again.
TRULY AWFUL.. AVOID!!
When I attempted to cancel my contract at the end of its period I was told 'no problem'. 6 months later I had debt collectors on the phone claiming that a new contract with t-mobile was in arrears! t-mobile had never sent me one bit of correspondence about this new contract which I had made very clear I did NOT want - their response was they did not have to contact me as it was my responsibility?! Worst customer service imaginable.
